By booking are appointment or using the services of Yaile Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments & Booking
All appointments are by booking only.
Appointments must be scheduling in advance through our online booking system or by phone / text.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling , late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee
Professional conduct
Yaile Spa maintains a professional and respectful environment, any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund
Punctuality policy
Clients must arrive on time forn their scheduled appointment in order to recive the full service time. Each session includes 5 minutes for undressing at the beginning and 5 minutes for dressing at the end, which are part of the booking appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting the next client and full service fees will still apply
